Reference image for the deer is the cover of National Geographic, November 1981. You see, sadly, I cannot draw properly proportioned creatures without reference images. Sigh.

I've always wanted "Eden" for an art exhibit

a la the "Eden" album of Sarah Brightman. Hehe!

No seriously, we've been trying to get this art exhibit off the ground, the one with me and my mom and grandma, and "Eden" is perfect, since our art-- though varied in style and medium-- usually has something to do with trees/nature. :)
